Nobody Puts Baby In The Corner (spoiler alert they did)

 

     Dirty Dancing is a cult favorite that has stood the test of time, enchanting audiences with its timeless tale of love, courage, and self-discovery. With its iconic soundtrack featuring one of my favorite songs “Hungry Eyes” and “Shes like the wind” the film not only captures the essence of the 1960s but also resonates with viewers of all ages. Whether it’s Baby and Johnny’s steamy dance routines or the poignant dialogues that have become famous one-liners, “Dirty Dancing” continues to hold a special place in the hearts of fans around the world. So, why not experience the magic of this classic film and join the countless others who have been mesmerized by its irresistible charm and undying appeal? This movie was soooo dramatic and for what because she wanted to bang the dance teacher. You can tell she was not used to NOT being her fathers favorite. A few key takeaways

• This movie talks about abortions and the not-so-pretty side. None of it of course is pretty but to talk about it during that era kudos to them
• I always wondered what happens to these couples after the movie. Is Baby going to load up Johnny in the family car and he lives with them? Or will she stay at the resort and teach dancing with Johnny for the rest of her life? 
• Or is dad going to give baby girl to the dance instructor and they ride off into the sunset

 

 I’m certain none of those things will happen. Daddy probably told Baby to get her butt in the car and leave that boy there lol. But hey a girl can dream. RIP Patrick, you are definitely missed
